"This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on
November 19, 2018. 

At the request of the Honorable Robert Pittenger, Member of Congress, this flag was flown in 
honor of Tim and Diane Cox, who were surprised by tragedy, but through faith in our Almighty 
God, are now bringing hope to other families. In addition, Diane has provided valuable service to the constituents of North Carolina's 9th Congressional District by stepping forward to 
provide critical assistance in times of need."
