Actually, I never went away… It’s just that I got out of a routine of adding to my blog. I am still committed as ever to encourage and promote healthy living and finding hope through the struggles of life. Thank you for your interest and support of this lung transplant survivor!
Most of all, I want to continue to promote my book, Surprised by Tragedy. I was recently connected in an online Focus Group with several other adults affected by Pulmonary Fibrosis. At the end of the call, a gentleman held up my book in front of his computer camera and expressed appreciation to me for writing the book. I have never met him before and yet was humbled and excited as he shared the impact on his life from reading the book!
Will you please help me? Here are some suggestions that would assist in promoting others to purchase a copy:

Buy a copy of the book and give it to a friend who needs hope.
